My mission is to increase your energy, mobility and strength at work or in a game! I provide custom breathing and movement practices, refined over 20 years, into a unique system called Kundatha (Kundalini + Hatha Yoga), in order to maximize mental and physical benefits in the shortest time. 🧘♀️ 🧘♂️
My Story
My yoga journey began in 1992 when I met a D1 lacrosse player after a yoga 🧘♂️ class. I asked him when he started; he said “my freshman year; I have been practicing for 3 years and feel great when I play.”
That week, I started taking Hot 🥵 Power Yoga classes. Ten years later, I started practicing Kundalini yoga. I kept learning and training in other types of yoga; including flow, power, restorative and my favorites: Yoga for sports, and Yin Yoga ☯️. I received my teaching certification in 2006.
I started Kundatha LLC in 2007, where Kundalini meets Hatha yoga… this is my custom system, developed over two decades! I have worked with thousands of athletes over the last 16 years, and my results oriented curriculum can help anyone become more fit, with a proprietary breathing (‘your breath is your coach’) and movement system which (I believe) helps sports teams win more games and company teams win better, with less stress. I bring enthusiasm and motivation to all!
My yoga program and technical background are combined with 16 years of student feedback to create this unique training system.
