Our mission is to increase your Energy, Mobility and Strength at work or in the game! We do this through customized breathing and movement practices that have been used for years, but we combine them in a unique system, Kundatha, in order to maximize benefits in the shortest time.
My yoga journey began in 1992 in PA. I met a division one lacrosse player in the gym who just finished a hot yoga class. I asked him how he started, and he said “my lacrosse coach got me into it my freshman year, I have been practicing for three years and feel great when I play!”
That is all I needed to hear, that week I started hot yoga. Ten years later, 2002, I started Kundalini yoga and kept learning about other types of yoga the past 17 years including flow, power, restorative and yin.
In 2007, I started Kundatha, where Kundalini meets Hatha yoga. I have worked with thousands of clients over the last 12 years, and have created a results oriented curriculum that can help anyone become more fit.
My yoga program and technical background are combined with twelve years of student feedback to create this unique training system.
Meet the Team
27 years on this yoga road trip! An avid athlete who has played basketball, soccer and other sports for over 40 years! Mark also loves movies at AMC and Harkins, and spending time with his family.
Over eleven years of teaching experience, currently works in special education when not teaching yoga.
